Can and Cant

why other people can, you cant????
my roommate had asked me at sem 2.i think this is a good question.
just tell me why? because i scare .....scare what? i don't know....
maybe less confidence cause me scare!!!
i cant be like that again!!! i should say" yes,i can "!!
i don wan scare again,must be more confidence!!so that my dream can come true~~~
YES,I CAN!!!
